Customer Service FAQs

I would like to place an order, about how long will it take to receive it?
We work hard to ensure orders ship within 2–3 business days when placed Monday through Friday. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, time of year, and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 days in transit after your order ships. Expedited shipping usually arrives within 2–3 days after shipment.
Please note, these estimates apply to the lower 48 states.

I placed an order and have not received a confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still have not received a confirmation, please contact us here.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information via email. If you have not received shipping information after 3 business days (see above), please contact us here.

I received my order, and the box or packing materials look a little rough. What gives?
We do our best to reuse packaging materials whenever possible. It’s a small way for us to reduce waste and do our part for the environment. It may not be the prettiest, but it’s intentional and something we stand behind.

Note: Many items at Peska Collective are handmade or created in small batches. Variations in design, color, shape, materials, and size are to be expected, and some pieces may show subtle imperfections, especially in art and craft goods. We see these details not as flaws, but as part of the story, each piece carrying its own character, shaped by the hands that made it. General FAQs

What does Peska mean?
Nothing really, just a play on “pesca,” which means "fish" in Spanish. The “K” just felt right, a little grit, a little individuality.

Where are your products shipped from?
Right out of Central Texas. Packed and sent with care.

Do you have a retail store?
Not yet. For now, we live online, with the occasional appearance at a local vendor market here and there. Have a tip on a good location within the central Texas area? Hit us up!

Why do you only sell products centered around fishing?
Because it’s what we know, what we love, and how this all started. If you’re curious, click here to read the full story.

I would love to sell my products on your site, how do I do that?
We’re always looking for good work and new products. Fill out the application here, send us your info, and we’ll take a look.

Do you offer consignment opportunities?
We do, primarily with original work. In most cases, we prefer to have product in hand so we can handle fulfillment ourselves. Every now and then, we’ll consider a drop ship or consignment setup with partners we know and trust.

I would like to resell Peska branded items. Do you offer wholesale opportunities?
Not right now. We’re keeping things tight, but down the road, we may open that up on select pieces.

Where do you get your products from?
From people like us. Artists, makers, and brands that care about what they’re putting out into the world. If it doesn’t feel right, it doesn’t make the cut.

Do you only carry Made in USA products?
We lean that way whenever we can, but we’re not limited to it. If it’s well made, thoughtful, and fits the Peska vibe, we’re open to it. Fishing is one of those things that transcends borders, something we can all relate to, no matter where we’re casting from.

Do you only curate handmade or small batch items?
That’s the heartbeat of what we do, but not a hard rule. We’re after pieces that feel different, useful, and worth holding onto.

Why don’t you carry more fishing gear?
There are already plenty of places doing that really well. We’re here for the other side of it, the art, the craft, the pieces that come with the lifestyle of fishing, not just the pursuit.
